BREAKS & SWELLS
Breaks and Swells steadily gained notoriety as one of the premier live acts in the city. The power and energy of their performances have convinced even hardened Northwest crowds to dance. In the wake of their first self-titled EP and several follow-up singles, the band have given feature performances at Capitol Hill Block Party, Macefield Festival, Noise for the Needy and Seattle’s venerable Hoodstock.

LITTLE WINS
Andrew Vait, of the Seattle-based powerhouse duo, SISTERS’, creates a project on his own as Little Wins. SISTERS’ was formed in 2014 and since then has opened for Allen Stone at CSM, appeared on the main stage of Sasquatch, Capitol Hill Block Party, and NYC Pride. In 2017 they wrapped up their first tour in Europe and Vait discovered a surplus of emotions after traveling the world. This surge of creativity tied to social justice, oppression and family ties and battles with depression and additional has lead to Little Wins as he continues to nurture SISTERS’.

Troy Nelson has been an on-air DJ at KEXP since 2005. You can hear him every Saturday from 3PM-6PM and on The Afternoon Show on Mondays from 2PM-6PM. He is co-owner of local record label Killroom Records, among many other music related events.
