What’s a RightTernes? My last name is actually Megan TER-nes but laziness and the sake of a pun has led me to mosey my last name into a drawly, southern "turns."

This site is both a portfolio of my work and a place for irregular and infrequent updates about music I'm listening to, places I go and other fodder. 

I value the experience and vision of each artist I work with, and I am dedicated to helping their dreams become a reality. I aim to establish trust with my clients through listening, understanding their goals, and honoring their experience to help guide their careers into the future.

I work at AWAL as a Director of Artist Development and Catalog. My passion lies in extending the reach of an artist’s full body of work to new places within the global digital and physical space.

Previous work includes clients Universal Republic Records, Celine Dion, and the Leonard Cohen estate. Former label Manager at Suicide Squeeze Records and Director of Social Media for Sasquatch! Music Festival. Previous experience includes Sub Pop, Merge Records, DoStuff Media, and music venues in Seattle and North Carolina.

I attempt to share my ever-growing record collection by taking them out for DJ sets. Clients have included Microsoft, a residency at Seattle’s W Hotel, Herbivore Botanicals, and Freakout Festival.
